Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Period: 30 days from the date of delivery for most items.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Receipt or proof of purchase required

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exceptions: Certain items like earbuds, software, and customized products cannot be returned unless defective.
